value of model 77 winchester in 22LR

What would be the value of the Winchester model 77 in 22 LR in good condition ?

I see one for sale for $250-Is that a fair value if it is in good working condition. Ad does not show a picture so I assume good condition.

Ad states it was made in the fifties-Would that be correct ?

  Check out the actual selling prices on our auction, to get a handle on current fair market value. Older Winchester guns have substantial value because of name recognition, and the fact the company who actually made them is no longer in business.
  
  Price seems OK if it's in factory original, Very Good condition, and it is functional. Do a hands-on before buying it, to check out the above points.

  Made in tube feed, and mag feed, that will affect price as well as condition.
  Made from 1955 to 1963, 217,180 made.

  I have my brother's mag-fed Model 77 Winchester (he was killed in 'Nam). He got it for his 9th birthday in 1958. He downed a lot of squirrels with that rifle.
