"Nickel Plated" Winchester 1903 Value??

As a nickel finish 1903 serial# 16212 with a replaced forend or stock(hard to tell which),can someone give me a reasonable dollar value? I know something is always worth what somebody would pay for it, but any educated info will be appreciated. Thanks, Danny

You really need to get in touch with the Cody Firearms Museum and get a factory letter for the rifle. If the letter does not mention nickel plating, the value of the rifle is not worth mentioning. If it does letter with factory nickel plating, then we can talk about the price.0 -
