I nearly bought one. Got a lot of reviews and opinions and it seems that many of them shoot off high from each barrel. Left and right can be regulated at the muzzle but one barrel shooting high from the other would be a problem. I guess it all comes down on how well the two barrels were joined together at the breech. They need to be on the same horizontal plane. You can regulate left right with various loads or use the regulation wedge at the muzzle but what about extreme vertical ? I would do some test firing before you buy, maybe your lucky and get one that is true. Let us know your findings. The cheapest SxS seems to around $5000 , and a valmet o/u rifle is far less money, plus you can easily attach a scope.

Extreme vertical variation may be a result of one or both barrels being bent.
A specialist in regulating barrels should be able to correct gross variation by bending one or both barrels and re$oldering the rib$.
