I hope you contacted the correct importer. There are two Century Arms Companies listed, Century Arms, a manufacturer located in Australia and Century International Arms Inc who are located in St. Albans,VT (1997) and Boca Raton,Fl (1997 to 2004). There are three importers listed under Sarsilmaz a maker located in Istanbul,Turkey, Armalite in Genesco,IL; PMC located in Boulder City,NV and Armsport Inc. located in Miami,FL. That's the trouble with buying imported shotguns from other the the very large makers-parts supply. Have you tried the larger domestic gun parts suppliers like Gun Parts Inc, Popperts Gun Parts Jack First Gun Parts or Bob's Gun Shop? The only other source I can think of is right here on Gun Broker for gun parts or parts guns.

Most who have familiarity with firearm quality do not aspire to anything that is built by Century (aka CAI) due to their lack of QC(quality control) otherwise they may be taking a chance and not only on safety but on reliance as well. Now CAI is one of the largest firearms importers in the country and that is fine its just the building part mostly that people have any problems with. The angry monkeys at CAI are really terrible and one has to wonder sometimes about who is putting these things that they refer to as firearms together as it were. You should consider a different shotgun imho, however ymmv here and that's fine but you would only be doing yourself a favor in the long run. Perhaps someday CAI will realize that if they were to completely revamp their quality control and actually build a decent firearm that they would be much more successful and wouldn't have to make excuses anymore for their builds and until they are ready to do that then they should really just stick to importing firearms.
    Regards
