Marlin 25MB value?

I was going through the safe looking for one of my 10/22's for the neighbor to take his son shooting when I found this case in the back with the takedown rifle in it.

It's lightly used if used at all.

Any idea of value to expect as I will list it here for sale.

  Are those holes next to the serial number? If they are they don't factory.

  No holes ... I edited the pic and added dots so the whole serial number wasn't displayed. probably should have used "X" instead.
