HI, MY NAME IS LOU DONELLO, 3 MONTHS AGO MY UNCLE PAST AWAY, HE LEFT ME A MOSSBERG MODEL B, 22 CAL. LONG, OR SHORT, SINGLE SHOT RIFFLE, I GUESS IT WAS HIS, WHEN HE WAS YOUNG, I WAS TOLD IT WAS MADE BETWEEN 1927 AND 1933 MY QUESTION IS, I KNOW THAT THE FIRING PIN IS BROKEN, I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A FULL BOLT OR JUST THE FIRING PIN IF ITS POSSIBLE OR BE REPAIRED ????

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP

Is there a piece of the firing pin still left in the rifle? Do you have the old broken one from the rifle? Could you get someone in your area to make one from the old one? Maybe try asking at a local gun shop. Good luck.

Good luck. I've been looking for a bolt for several years.

these firing pins are known for the tips breaking off due to design, also not easily found and there are 2 types - a 1 piece bolt or a 2 piece bolt and they are different. I've worked on a few mossbergs and these pins are impossible to find and haven't been made for a very long time already, you will need to either have one made or have yours repaired.
