American Classic ?

Anyone have input about the 45Acp 1911 model from this manufacturer ?
I am told this is a reliable gun, it has several nice features right
out of the box for the price and I'm in the market for one.

  Another import from the Philippine Islands. My understanding is that it's a new manufacturer not Armscore, that makes the Rock Island pistols. Also being handled by a new importer/distributor.
  
  Personally in light of the above I would hold off being a early adopter until they worked the bugs out. There's always glitches in new products when they first come on the market.
