1866 winchester

I have a fairly nice Win. 1866 SRC and have two questions: the serial # is 802XX followed by the letters cs. What do the letters indicate? The bore looks pretty rough, insofar as value is concerned, should I leave it alone or try to clean it up. Thanks for any advice.

  Can anybody tell me how to remove the firing pin from an 1866 winchester rimfire?

  The rimfire bolt appears to have two firing pins. I can not figure out how to separate the bolt.
