Gerber Vietnam Tribute Collection Knife Set
I was wondering if someone can tell me the value of my knife set. I have the Gerber Vietnam Tribute Collection #785/2500. Have the wall frame for displaying, master box and individual box for each knife. From what I have read this set is extremely rare.

That shold be a set of $ knives? Are they all serial numbered the same, as each had their own serial number from 1-2500. If they are new, and unused, then I would say that they should get you around $1500.00, or a bit more...it all depends on the demand, and how deep the pockets of the demander are.

They have sold for $190/300 each on ebay. 0 -
"Manufactured" collectables seldom recover the issue price. Look at Franklin Mint, and even Winchester commemoratives. 0 -
each knife is numbered the same #785. They were purchased as a set.quote:Originally posted by tsr1965

As usual, I agree with TSR.
Individual knives from this collection are going on Ebay for $150-300.
Set of four with matching serials and original display case, matching boxes, and other knick-knacks should probably go for the top end of that range, plus maybe a bit more for the extra stuff.
So yeah, $1200-$1500 is probably a reasonable place to start the discussion, but it all comes down to finding that person to HAVE the discussion with!
