CETME cocking tube assembly

is there a way to disassemble the cocking tube assembly on the Cetme? in other words, take the cocking mechanism out?

  Yes. Remove the stock. Pull the charging handel to the rear.
  A pin will be exposed at the inspection hole.

  maybe on yours, but I see no pin through the holes on mine. I've looked. My eyes ain't what they used to be, but I'm pretty sure there's no pin to punch or push to get that piece out.

  I see the pivot pin, but can't for the life of me figure how to get it out of the tube.
