Remington model 700 BDL

I have a Remington model 700 BDL 7MM MAG that I've hunted with for several years and my problem is that when I start loading the shells down in the mag. clip the first shell holds in fine but the second shell will not stay in clip,it just pops right out... any suggestions?

  Did you put the follower back on the right end of the spring?

  First off, it is a MAGAZINE, not a CLIP, and yes there is a dramatic difference. Secondly, if the follower is not in correctly, it will give these signs.
  
  I also know that the rounds in the 700 magazine, when inserted, need to be slid all the way to the back, or this can happen.

  i am thinking it is the feed lips on the magazine box.
