I have emailed the CEO on about three occasions and he is one of the nicest guys around! They were hit hard by Hurricane Sandy, but are back up and running. I noticed that they took down the CEO's email account for awhile, but I'm sure he is super busy. However...throughout the years, he would handle emails and problems personally.
