New Kel-Tec PMR 30 bad chambering....
First 60 rounds and not one round chambers automatically.
Using Horneday 25 grain 2200 fps from the muzzle.
Issues:
1. Expended shell stays in muzzle.
2. Expended shell gets stuck not ejected propely.
3. Expended shell ejects, but new shell does not chamber or partially chambers.
Unable to fire ANY consecutive shot without maniplulation of slide....

I use CCI Maxi Mag and Hornady Critical Defense and both loads function 100% perfectly in my pistol. I tried Winchester 22 mag ammo and had nothing but problems. 0 -
Most autos need 2-300 rounds of break-in before they settle to the point they are as reliable as they are going to be. This sounds like something is slowing the slide speed. When you say "expended shell stays in muzzle" I hope you mean breech/chamber. The chamber may be a little rough and the extractor may not be able to pull it out of the chamber. On the occasions when it does pull it out it sticks in the ejection port and causes a "stove-pipe jam" because the case does not strike the ejector with enough force. The slide, moving slowly does not travel far enough back to pick up the next round from the magazine leaving an empty chamber or the slide picks up a fresh round but does not have the force to fully chamber it. Fully clean the pistol, lightly oil the moving parts, especially the slide rails. Inspect the chamber to see if any rough spots are visible. If they are I would contact Kel-Tec customer service for a return authorization. Some people try to polish out the chamber with crocus cloth around a thin plastic or wood rod, with the long narrow chamber of the WMR I wouldn't want to risk even the mild abrasive of crocus. 0 -
