Kroll?
Seen so many good post on here about Kroll. Not been able to find any. Would rather not order it. Do any of the big box stores sell it?

Never seen it in a Big store like Home Depot or Lowes. I usually order it from Brownells or Midway. 0 -
You'll have an easier time finding it if you look for "Kroil" (with an "i").
Its hard if not impossible to find on actual store shelves. I've heard that occasionally Cabelas' has some, if there is a physical store near you. Sometimes auto supply places offer it, but that's going to be hit or miss.
Your best bet is to mail order it. Usually the company runs a special of two cans for a low cost plus shipping. A can runs about $13 and will probably last you for a decade, if not forever.
Edit:
quote:I you are able to obtain it. Be cautious how you store and use it. I had a can that tipped over with the screw cap on, and it still managed to leak out. Use it outside if possible, and wear eye protection and gloves. Stinks the house up and bad stuff to get on you, otherwise.
I think this is a big part of the reason why its mail order only.0 -
