Are these model 70s the same?

Auction#330658237 a 264 and Auction#330720555 a 338 look to be pictures of the same rifle ,other than the picture showing the cal.What do you guys think? The seller says no!

  Several of the pics are the exact same (same md5sum)

  Looks like a support issue. Could be an honest mistake, but you are right.
