  I hope Mossberg has better luck selling their new pistols. Then the last time, they got involved with selling handguns.
  
  In the early 80's, they went into business, selling Abilene single action revolvers. Made for them, by a outfit named, United States Arms Corp. of Riverhead NY. Unfortunately these Abilene revolvers, infringed on patents, Bill Ruger had on his revolvers. Needless to say, Bill Ruger, was a guy nobody in the gun business wanted to screw with. I don't know how it was finely resolved. But Mossberg, to no ones great surprise. Got out of the revolver business.
