Will a holster made for new Colt Cobra fit DS?

Hoping someone on here has a Colt wheel gun collection that includes a new model Colt Cobra and a Detective Special.

I am assuming both would be built on Colt "D" frame, and would be compatible but I can't seem to find information on the specific frame on the new Cobra.

  If you are talking about a fitted custom holster (wet leather allowed to dry with a replica in it), no, there's no way. The New Cobra has a different trigger guard, barrel, shroud, & front sight. Even different generations of "old" snubbies are not interchangeable.
  
  But, a nylon one-size-fits-most holster will likely work.
