what makes and models of semi auto , 12 or 20 gauge shotguns
are available with rifled barrels? Gas or recoil actions, old or new.

Remington 1100, 1187 ect. Mossberg 930, 935, believe Winchester Super x versions has a rifled barrel available,

Several companies also make after market rifled bbl's for the most common / popular shotguns...

Hastings??? May have been one - also referred to as a slug bbl or rifled slug bbl...

And Thompson may have offered a rifled slug bbl for one or more of the contender platforms.

Benelli Super Black Eagle offers a rifled slug barrel.
The scope mounts to the barrel, so the gun isn't a dedicated slug gun if you use a scope......

I'd be more interested in which ones actually shoot slugs well and at how far with what type of slug.

Do you want a fully rifled barrel or would a choke tube do the job.

There is/was at least one out that made aftermarket rifled barrels to fit lots of make/models.

The various sabot style slugs - BRI etc - note right on the box that they are for "fully rifled barrels only". Forster style slugs as well as the Brenneke are for smooth bores, but can be fired in rifled barrels or barrels with rifles screw-in chokes.
