norinco 213 magazine question

hello, having a slight problem getting a magazine issue remedied for a norinco 213 9mm. looking for the Magazine Well Spacer, 9mm Conversion that attaches in the mag well. for some reason this gun doesent have it or it may have come with mags that where converted with the spacer inside the mag with the shortened spring and follower? numrich is out of stock for the mag well spacer, but cant understand how that would have broke out of a gun barley used? also looks as if the pin that has to hold it in place will be hell to remove. looks like I need a press? anyone had this problem or can help or have what I need please let me know, thanks

  The quality control on the Norinco Tokarev's, that were imported in the 90's. Prior to slick willies ban, was questionable. The importers were trying to get as many as they could, into the U.S. before the ban went into effect.
  
  I would get hold of one of the regular Norinco 9 mm mags. With the internal spacer. Use a Dremel to remove the swaged head of the pin, in the frame to get it out. Usually once the expanded portion of a pin is removed. The pin is no problem to drift out. The grips cover the pin location. So you don't have to worry about the Dremel, screwing up the cosmetics.
