Hi-Standard H-D military dom help please..

Just picked up a nice little H-D Military with a serial number of 237764, and would like a little help in find out its dom.. Thanks in advance.

  I have one with a SN, 20,000+ higher than yours. That dates to 1948. Because of this, my WAG s that yours. Is in the same manufacturing time frame, i.e. 1947/48.

  In general the date shipped vs serial number charts are about 96% to 98% accurate. The exceptions are outliers for various reasons. 237,764 shipped as a catalog number 9051 on 2/24/1948 to account number 6525 on invoice number 1763 while 237,736 shipped 1/6/1949.
