Cz550 barrel threads vs Std M98
Does anyone know if the barrel thread dia and count are the same as for the standard Mauser 98 large ring pattern?

Thought DeHass's book on Bolt Action rifles would have it or barrel thread information on something similar like the Czech ZKK 600. I looked through the appendix where it has the barrel thread information and didn't find it. 0 -
Attached is a Brownells catalog page where they had the CZ550 actions listed for sale.
In the questions section you can find your answers. The barrel threads are metric so it's different from a 98 Mauser.

just to note; m-98 mauser threads are metric also, they just come 'close' to 'english' measure (1.10" x 12 t.p.i.) with a 55 deg. thread form vs 60 deg. english. 0
