Anyone remember a English rifle with a sling safety. Saw one in the DGJ but forgot the manufacturer?

Seems like my senioritas, has effected me this morning. I'll bite, for S & G. What is a sling safety, and what is the DGJ? I've led, a sheltered life.[xx(]

Are you referring to the SlingMate Gizmo that wraps from sling and around side and back to the org. sling to keep rifle on shoulder?

It isa a firing safety actuated by the rifle sling attachment mechanism.

DGJ is the Double Gun Journal bi monthly magazine regarding early double barrel rifles and shotguns. Good read.
