Combination gun?
I was talking to a guy at the gun shop today, he was telling me about a gun he had some years ago. He said it was a German pump action combination gun. He couldn't remember the details, but he thought it was chambered for .222 and 12 gauge, and that it was made by one of the more well known manufacturers. Any ideas what this could be?

I freely admit that I have never seen, much less held, an example.0 -

That's the only thing I could turn up that seems to fit the description, but from the guy story it sounded like an older gun and those seem to be rather new.0 -
This is the only one I can think of. It was the product of Knights Armament, for law enforcement use. They called it, the masterkey.
Doubtful it's the same gun, the guy in the gunshop was talking about.

Well, it COULD be ---that a lot of guys at the gun shop are full of it. Or, their memorys are very bad. 0 -
It's really hard to say, back in the 70's people made things. One of the gun rags almost always had something every month. I liked the 2 Browning Autoloading Rifles in left and right hand 7mm Rem Mag actions married and barreled in 458 Win. That new '3822' looks interesting two 1911's working together. 0 -
"pump action single shot double rifle" is going to confuse the Hadies out of the 'antis' 0 -
He may have been talking about a Crossfire. 0 -

definitely not one of those, he had a crossfire and he described the gun as having a very nice wood.0 -
JUST SO YOU KNOW!!
This thread will end at 10 posts. You'll need to start a new one to keep inquiring.....
I've never heard of a "vintage" anything that sounds like your description.
I have a small, Over and Under 22 over 9mm shotgun built on a Flobert action. Nice wood, finely finished, well made etc...
Possibly, an old guild gun or unknown maker.......0 -
or maybe not 10 posts anymore!![8D] 0
