winchester collector question on model 50 20 ga
does any one have proof of what the serial number was of the first 20ga made in 1956?
the 20ga serial number run was just blended into the 12ga run. im trying to find the first serial number on any records.
im wishing in the wind but if owners of 20ga guns would post their serial numbers here or pm it to me.....I can compare it to john olins 20ga given to him by Winchester. I own it.
goal: to determine if the 20ga given to john olin was just taken off the production line at random or if it was the first one made and given to him.
