info on smith ltd m14

I recently acquired one of these in trade. It appears unfired. Serial # in the 22X range. All usgi parts. Some NM parts. Head space is a go. Are these worth much? Comparable pricewise to a springfield?

  There is a bunch of stuff on GOOGLE, regarding the Smith M 14 receivers. I would go through all the topics and links. Before either shooting it, or trying to sell it.
