Non Paying Bidder

This is the third time in a row that at the very last second a NR rated user has bidded on my auction, won, and never responded. I am extremely sick of this happening. Is there anyway possible I can contact the last bidder that had positive feedback?

  I'm sorry that you're having trouble on the auction side but these problems have to be addressed by the customer service folks over on the auction side. Your concerns will be addressed there through the e-mail system.
