Rem 700 DM ???

i have a rem 700 with a detachable mag. in .338 win. how can i tell if this is a factory mag or a conversion. the mag is not marked REM. the only markings are for cal.25-06,270,7exp,30-06,7x57 on one side and 7mm rem mag, 264-300mag on the other. no mention of the .338. however 338 fit and feed as they should.

  Saw a flea bay BDL DM for 7mm, 300 Win M, and 338 Win M. Had pic's
  
  I wound't care as long as it worked.

  will try to post picture but mine looks nothing like those. the latch is not part of the mag but is in front of the trigger guard like a floorplate latch. would like to get another mag but not sure what i have

  This is the factory version of the Remington DBM system magazine. If yours doesn't look like this, it's aftermarket.

  thanks all. i found it once i learned it wasnt factory. it is a kwik klip. at least now i know who to buy a spare from.
