Where would I find the correct dimensions for Win Model 70 pre 64 barrels. specifically Target, Bull and Varmint.

  You should ask this question on the WACA website. I suspect that the answer is not as short and easy as you might think.

  This is from The Rifleman's Rifle by Rule
  
  "The Bull Gun
  Barrel configuration. Only one barrel was used on the Gull Gun During entire production span.
  Barrel #6. Extra Heavy 28", Chrome-Molybdenum Steel.
  This barrel had an extra large diameter, 1.25" at the receiver ring tapering to .845" at the, muzzle...."
  
  "The Varmint Rifle
  Barrel Configurations. During the Varmint Rifles' relatively short production, two barrel configurations were used..."
  Both were listed as Medium Heavv 26"
  
  The Target Model
  Barrel #4 Medium Heavy 24" Chrome-Moly
  Barrel #5 Medium Heavy 26" Chrome-Moly
  Barrel #8 Medium Heavy 26" Stainless Steel
