How do I upload pictures

I click insert image but it appears this: [img][/img] so no option to browse in my lap top.
Any help?

  You can't post photos, directly from your hard drive. You have to up-load your photos. To a photo hosting site on the net. Than down load your photos, to the post your making.
  
  There is a "STICKY" explaining this. It is one of the provisions, of this sites owner. Since they pay for the bandwidth, as the owner. They call the shots.
