Winchester model 24

Does anyone know if a 12 guage buttstock from a model 24 will interchange or is the same a the 16 &20 guage model 24?

  Were made from 1939 to 1958.
  Yours is a 1946 model.

  Actual production of the Model 24 began in December of 1938 and it ended in December of 1957. Serial number 48518 is most likely a 1946 vintage gun. The Polishing Room records end at serial number 47962 on December 6th, 1945.
