winchester shotgun model 840

looking for some help on the age of this single shot shotgun i just spotted it in a sporting goods store and felt the price was right so i bought it would like to know the age of this weapon serial # ce13178 i been looking but not in the right places i guess any help will be appreicated

  made in canada until the early 80's

  I have never run across any serialization tables for the Canadian made Winchester marked shotguns. That stated, they were all in the 1968 - 1980 time frame.
