    There is no 35 Rigby to my knowledge.

    According to my 11th addition of Cartridges of the world page 388:

    There is the 350 Rigby magnum and the 350 No.2 Rigby.

    The 350 mag is rimless and designed for bolt action rifles.

    The 350 No.2 is rimmed

    my COW does no0t list a 35 rigby. they show the 350/no2 and 400/350 rigby as being the same and rimmed cases. and then the 350 rigby magnum being a rimless design.
