Knife ?

My best friends brother makes knives. He wants to sell some. They are 41something stainless and stag handles. They dont come with holders of any kind. Would anybody be interested? I will post pics next week.

He cuts the blade out with the cnc machine and then finishes the blade by hand.

    1 of the knives i bought is a thin handled knife about 5 inches long that has made in USA on the blade with no other markings anywhere on the knife.

    Any ideas on what it might be?

    Is it a folder or a fixed blade? If a folder it could be a 'melon tester knife.' Used to dig deep into watermelon to test for ripeness.

    I had one in 8th grade into high school sure sound similar very thin long blade ( bought at a 5 and dime type store out of a display case ) just because it had such a big ( long blade ) Mellon testing knife as far as I know found out later



    add to the story line
    I upgraded to to lock back swing guard stiletto knife from some place in NY ( westburry ? ) about 12 " over all for about 15.00 out of a out door book mail order .. carried it for a year the kids in my class(s) like to see who could flip it out the fastest
    one day Darrel ( hard to explain black guy class clown ) flipped it into the huge window rooms use to have the teacher heard the noise but blew it off as just Darrel doing something stupid again
    moved up to a buck 110 from about tenth grade on carried it every day
    as most boys did back then

    I could fill a short story book on Darrel [:0][:0]

    I bought a sealed bag of knives at a govt (VA) surplus sale and found a prison shank in it.
