I find the flavor packets MUCH too salty, so I discard them and enjoy the noodles. 0 -

The 50-cent Cup O' Noodles kind are crap, of course. I like Manuchin Yakisoba type with soft noodles, though. Agree that half the seasoning packet is about right. Adding an egg is very Asian, and the cheese slice has become a trendy thing to do as well. With many if not most of them, after the soak period, drain off almost all the water and then add the seasoning. 0 -
Ramen noodles are deep-fried, not air-dried. If you are super-careful in your diet, you'll notice ingesting just one package of Ramen. I've got a 12-package and eat the noodles very occasionally as a treat or in a calorie emergency. With winter coming, I'll be more likely to consume. 0 -

You can keep the top Ramen type of noodles, I make my own. I buy the 16 ounce Ramen Noodle packages, by then cook them with fresh herbs and vegetables and meat when I make them... Especially like shrimp ramen.. 0 -

I often eat them for breakfast, with Vienna Sausages (and the juice).
Often eat them for Lunch. Both instances, I only use Half of the TOO SALTY! flavor dust....0 -
..Don't know what they cost now but a few years ago you
could find them for 10 or 12 cents per package. Yeah,
they're a sodium load but they'll fill you up on a cold
day. Forget the lack of nutritional value and enjoy! Chicken/
mushroom is my favorite but most of them taste about the same.0 -

Been on the Ramen Diet for a while this gun purchase. Longest to date. Anyone else bash the dry cake and sprinkle the flavor dust and eat them like snacks? It's somewhere between "Salty" Chex Mix and dry crumbled Ramen.
Cup-O-Noodles are better this way than the Top Ramen.0 -
