It's clearly an airsoft or paintball replicant of some sort - that's not a scope or optic it's a feed mechanism for propellant or projectiles - observe the screw cap on the back of the frame...
The picture has been blurred or sanitized and reconfigured in the upper right - far right to eliminate or obfuscate certain details...
The markings appear spurious.
Don't believe it's a firearm but a toy.

There were number of Spanish made pistols that could be configured and reconfigured this way...
Shoulder stock (skeletonized or wooden) and longer bbl and even a scope - one had a silly looking extended magazine
One came with a hard-shell case / luggage with nested compartments for each piece

It's an ICD designed paintball gun with custom grips and other accessories to make it deadlier.
The PRP is a Nelson based poppet valve equipped Pump operated marker, with auto-trigger capability. It features a gas through grip frame, fall-away hinged receiver with tool-less field strip, toggle on/off/de-gas ASA, "cocker" threaded barrel, and ICD logo billet grips.
