That picture sure looks like it taken on Whites Pass 4-5 years ago. At any rate, by looking at the volume of conifer trees, it was taken in the PNW0 -

They are doing major road repair starting next week. Just as the rainy season starts. They will be taking a section of road 4 lanes wide and making it 2 during construction 6 weeks then another 6 weeks on the other side. My Commute just went from 45 Minutes to about 2 hours. That section of road less than 6 miles takes me 1/2 hour of my 45 minute commute on a Normal day.0 -

Same thing around my area. I have a letter drafted that I am sending to state rep. requiring that bike riders over the age of 21 be required to have a license, take biker rider training and pay annual fees to register their bike. All fees go into fund for bike paths.
Getting tired of paying taxes and fees for something that only a limited number of people use.0
