stiff sore.......
wife and I drove to just outside dayton yesterday, about 3 1/2 hours each way, to visit an old buddy I was in marines with, just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, has been having seizures lately figured I had better go see him while we could still visit. only got a few hours in and I could tell he was wore out so we left.
the drive up was bad enough I drove about halfway and leg and arm got numb and cramped so let wife drive rest of way. on way back didn't make it half hour till leg and arm numb tingly again. by time we got home I felt like I had ran home, was just wore out. went to bed early, felt a little better this morning after a long nights sleep, allmost 10 hours, most I have slept without being sick. just got done changing oil in truck and almost couldn't get up off the floor. allmost feel as bad as yesterday. I'm not old enough to feel like this.....[;)] although I probubly looked like the help I've fallen and can't get up commercial, I did save about $20 on the oil change
