Sometimes things just work out

"Lost" two employees Thursday that I should have lost a while ago. Had two new one come in the same day and by Friday my stress level was so much lower than it had been. The store and range have never looked or smelled better. The lady and gentleman( used to fly helos in the Marines) have done more in the last few days than the others did in the last six months. WITHOUT ME TELLING THEM TO!! To add to the joy,the other employees are much happier now as well. Life is good.

    No the gentleman I hired was a Huey driver. I had an old friend who was with 2nd Force Recon waiting on me when I got to the store yesterday.He and my new guy had been in some of the same places at the same times.I love to listen to two old warriors reminisce.

    Were you within a one hour drive from me and assuming you would have me (20+ years on a pink card managing a shop) I would be grateful for the opportunity to work for you and to have shop privilege...
