But did he remember where he lives?

You have to worry about him a little, but he was pretty zippy and not at all afraid or weary acting. He darted around the parking lot like a grey haired squirrel when he got going.

The car ended up being a Grand Marquis. I figure the whole holiday madness of the place was to blame for most of the confusion.

    Good work!

I hope he remembered where he parked his house,

You just passed a test given from above [;)], apparently quite a few failed by ignoring the friendly help needed by him.....and it's Christmas to boot [:(]

Please don't be so quick to judge. I've forgotten where I parked a number of times and I'm only 77, but have never forgotten where I live. More info is needed before making that judgment. Lighten up, gentlemen: there is more to old age than numbers.

Speaking for myself, I know what you mean. I was was just saying I hope the old boy hasn't got that far down that road yet and can still get out and about, and get back home. He probably usually goes to the grocery when it's not that busy and parks more or less in the same place. Busy, crowded day got him out of step.

My wife needed to get something at Walmart earlier this week and I remained in the car waiting on her while she went in. I was amazed at how many people that came out of the store that didn't know where their car was parked. In the short time I was parked there I counted 8 people that was wondering around the parking lot looking for their car and this was at just one of the store exits. And they all, everyone of them, had one thing in common. Need I say more?

It seems like there are a LOT of the same looking cars now. I don't know how many times I've been walking toward a silver thing thinking it was mine to find mine was one isle over. I'm VERY CLOSE to wrapping a fake flower of some kind to my luggage rack just to cut out the mystery.

Summer is easier for me. That's when I have my kayak loading racks on top. Just look for the white Highlander with wheels on the roof!

In winter, you might see me walking around pressing my unlock remote and hoping to hear the beeps! (And the hearing part is getting dodgier every year, too!)

Whenever I can I try to make it easy on folks. For instance, when I see a vehicle in the parking lot that looks like mine, I park right beside it so they don't go to the wrong one.

I lost my car in the airport parking once.
I left the parking stub in the car, and I guess a weekend was too long to remember the layout of the lot.
I wish some hot chick in a Camaro Traverse had helped me.

Oh I'll be long dead before that'll ever happen to me.

If age were the major consideration, the man who ushers at a downtown Minneapolis church ought to be told. He's been doing it SINCE 1938!

Can't kill a man ushering someone to a seat.
