I watched some of it and I have to say America is doomed.
NBC had some chick talking about kootchiel steaming.
CNN had two h-o-m-os talking about one of them having a kid by a surrogate and raising it.
And then...............
No backpacks, no umbrellas, clear ponchos, drones in the air, barriers everywhere, cops all jocked up like they are going to war.
If I was in ISIL/ISIS or AQ or AAI or any of the multitude of terrorist organizations I would have been very happy with myself.

This country is scared we have traded freedom for safety. I fought terrorists and defended this country for 25 years and I wasted my time.
This crap made me sick to my stomach I stayed awake until 0300 just thinking about it...

Sam, even on my level it gets harder everyday to fight thru the bitterness. When I think about of the sacrifices that have been made over the years, run out of fingers and toes to count the close friends lost, remember them privately as most seem to choose to forget, see the scars carried, families ruined, lives disrupted-many forever. Seeing things being worse than they have ever been. When I turn off the TV lest I have to hear the drivel spewing from politicians, thugs and assorted oxygen thieves and witnessing the downward spiral of society as we?ve known it. The question comes to mind: Was it all worth all the sacrifice? I don?t have an answer, yet ponder it daily. However, when the question is raised: Would you do it all over again knowing what I know/see now? My reply, ?Yeah, even knowing what I know today, I probably would. The experiences I?ve had and the privledge of working with men gone and generally unknown to 99.9% of the world can never be replicated.? This country, and society in general, seems to have morphed into a turd swirling in the toilet bowl yet I just refuse to give up and accept that this is the way it?s gonna be. 0 -
