Can you paint wolminized wood?

without it pealing off? I'd like to buy some 3/4" wolminized plywood and prime and paint it. It will be used for pier decking. Any suggestions? Thanks

  Yes.
  Usually, you will need to ensure the wood is completely dry first, as most of it is pretty wet, still.
  
  Then, I recommend a stain blocking oil based primer like Kilz.
  
  Then top coat with whatever.

  I always wait at least a year after wood is installed before painting.
