    2 with just pictures and both turned out well. 4-5 new ones. I always knew exactly what I wanted and would just ask my salesman (I bought 11 from him total) to order me one and let me know when it's ready.

    The last car my wife bought and the last truck I bought were dealer trades on new vehicles, so I guess you could say we bought them sight unseen. [:)]

    Plus I leased 6 new ones that I ordered sight unseen. Other than those, no. [:D]

    Bought a used Ford 3/4 ton pickup with a utility bed on it once in a poker game just based on what the man told me. Turned out to be a good buy. I used it awhile and made a grand on it when I sold it.

    I bought a 69 camaro next state over
    I had been looking for months all lied about condition or the price was crazy and so on
    I was working 3rd shift it was Sunday night I had a hour befroe I had to leave for work one ( 69 ) showed up on flebay just abot that time looked and sounded Ok , they had a number so I called talked to the fellow ( a small time classic car dealer ) answered my questions but it was was a tough call
    almost did not go to work ask th ewife she reminded me how long I had been searching
    so I bought it 12 K did not pay or pick it up to the following weekend
    found a few minor issues took 500.00 off the price

    that was at least 10 or 12 years ago I still have the car
    I found the previous owner in Kansas, looked him up and called him he told me more about the car' history
    I was scared to death to buy a car un seen especaly a older one but this time it turned out
    I have bought a couple older driver pickups but less than 2k so it was not much of a risk

    In 2004 I bought a 1955 MG A on eBay ... Drove it for a couple years then sold it ... Buyer tried to squeeze me after it was delivered, said it had a bent frame and threatened to sue me ... My lawyer told him to lawyer up and send him here for court. Didn't hear anymore from him.

    Been dealing with a whole sale guy on the internet now for 15 years. Bought 6 vehicles from him. ALL have been A-1. Most 10,000- 15,000 miles on them.

    Bought my last vehicle from an internet site, pictures only.

    It was new, the guy won it in a promotion and had no need for a 90 CC Kymco ATV and sold it for half the new price. Delivered it in a pickup for $50.00.

    The price is up several million pesos over what I paid 5 years ago.

    Probably not as much as the 69 Cameo. [:D]

    Yup, cost me $3000 due to a severely rusted frame that had been covered over with undercoating. Ended up selling it for salvage to a guy who wanted the low mileage drive train to swap into another vehicle.

    Yes One, about 1 year ago from the Army, Fort Riley, 1st Infantry Division "Big Red One". Did see pictures bid on it and won on auction.
    Nice 84 D30 Chevrolet 5/4 Ton. 60,000 miles local Base camo scheme.

    Rolled the dice and won. Just about the same time HMMWV came out for auction. Took pressure off the trucks crazy price for nice equipment.[8D]

    A vehicle I have not. A combine yes. I live in North Dakota, purchased a combine sight unseen from a dealership in Kansas. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

    I have both bought and sold cars on Ebay with pictures only.

    I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 a few years ago and a few months ago I sold a 1968 Corvette that I owned for 46 years. It sold in 1 day.

    Yep but hired a local firm to inspect vehicle.If your spending over 10 grand it's worth the investment.

    I did back in March of this year, bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to my home. My wife thought I was cuckoo. Got lucky I guess, it could have been a lemon, but I had a several pages of Carfax service records so I took a chance. Turned out to be a winner, former Pennsylvania Highway Patrol vehicle. This is my duck hunting backup vehicle if my truck goes down, (as it did this past duck season)[:(!] I'm not getting in a jam again. This thing will haul arse.

    Yes, several times. All were good vehicles. Dickered the price down to where I wouldn't get hurt too bad if the engine blew.

    I bought this 95 Lincoln 1n 2003 for $6,500.00. it had 48,000 miles on it I got it from a small used car dealer in Alabama who had it listed on AutoTrader. I talked to him on the phone and told him I only wanted two things, no leaks and tires enough to get it to Kansas. When I picked it up he had serviced it and it was full of gas. My grandson has it now in California and it's over 200,000 miles. Probably the best car I've had.

    Yes. A 1958 Cessna 172 from an ad in Trade A Plane. It turned out to be a pretty cool old plane but the radios were antique. Had to replace them. No vacuum pump, used a couple of external venturi tubes to create vacuum for the instruments. It worked fine and had no moving parts to malfunction. Also, the flaps were manual. No electric motor. You just grabbed a long lever, kind of like the emergency brake in a Jeep. The harder you pulled, the further the flaps extended. I put a lot of time on that old plane. I had to sell it when I got military orders to go to the Philippines. They wouldn't let me take it as my shipped POV. [:D]

    Bought a 2003 Dodge van with 212K miles on it. It was listed in the paper . Passenger door banged in. He wanted $800 for it. He lived 60 miles away so I told him if he drove it over to me I would give him $675. He drove it over and I paid him. Then gave him a ride home.


    I needed something that had a driver side second sliding door so I can wheel my chair out to it, open up the driver door and the side slider. Then I can hang onto the middle support to help me stand, and load my wheelchair into the back. The just pivot into the driver seat. I have put 6,000 miles on it in short trips and it runs great. No oil usage, starts right up in below zero weather. Heat and air conditioning still work good, rust body, but gets me there and back so far. Close to 2 years I've had it.
