It's CA . If they do catch the murderer they will send him/her to a nice cell in prison for about 7 years. There will be TV , personal use of a computer, and fruit baskets in the recreation room.
If they are illegals, they will get 5 years and then the terrible cruel deportation. Then they will be back to murder someone else within 48 hours. (right after they say hello to mom and dad.)0 -
