Spent many a peaceful day, or rather a few minutes here and there, with firemen at a station across the street from where we lived, when I was 8 and 9 years old. And visited them on occasion into my teens. Those were some wonderful days!0 -

Have been living without electrical power for the last couple of days since a big storm came through the area.
It has been like camping in a dry lake bed being without running water!
My gas powered generator has been working hard and doing everything except running the well pump. Called our power company and they said we should have things fixed by late Friday or early Saturday.0 -
