Auto LED upgrade

I just replaced all my interior car lights with LED bulbs. WOW! what a difference. The old ones were halide bulbs and gave a yellow glow. The LEDs turn my car interior into daylight. I replaced the map lights, vanity lights, dome light, cargo light, and door courtesy lights. Ordered them from PrecisionLED, who package them in a full kit guaranteed to fit your vehicle. (They sent one extra bulb in fact, which I returned for credit.) They include free installation tools and even have a detailed video on YouTube to show how to get the various lights open.

Also installed new LED headlights from SuperBrightLEDs. Another major improvement.

If you have an older vehicle with dim, anemic lights, I highly recommend you consider this upgrade.

    Yep, replaced all interior and reverse and plate lights on the Tundra and wifes Frontier with LEDs.

    Huge difference.

    Harley is running all LED vast improvement. Love my Brake lights cause now if you do not know I'm stopping you should not be on the road.

    You can get a small mirror ball and put in a Donna Summer cd and cruise baby!!!

    Did the same to the Dining Room Chandelier...went from a single 100 watt light that did next to nothing, to Eight Edison style LED lamps, each using 3.5 Watts, lighting like a Hollywood Stage!

    Same story in Bedroom - Three Flame shaped 40-Watt bulbs would just provide dim light, to Three LED Flame-shaped lamps that use a total of 9 Watts, Giving Reading level illumination.

    Ordered some from PresionLED. Now I wonder if I will get them. Seems they think I live in Dexter Calif. There is no such place except the Movie set of the Show Dexter.

    Have sent them a message correcting this just wonder if they got it in time.

    Did not go with the Interior parts as the car is very bright inside. Went with the backup lights, Licence plate light and trunk strip light. The last one is really needed and the Backup lights are really weak.

    The problem with aftermarket LED headlights is that they have a transformer in them that burns out. I know this because I've had to replace two of mine already in 3 years. Good thing they come with a lifetime warranty

    Just keep your original headlights, that way when the Transformer does burn out on one of them, you can put the original bulb back in until your replacement LED comes in

    After repainting my 97 F150, I replace all my exterior lightscwith LED. Found some on the web and flea bay. For the most part I am happy with them. I did however had to replace the flasher with a low amp one for the turn/hazards lights. I only have one main interior light and have not change it yet, but been thinking of doing so.

    The toyhaulers batteries last much longer between charges after switching to all LED's.
    LED headlight in the bikes was a great upgrade. Better night vision.
