  I would say that Gray is already in my Blood and Ancestors for the Cause.
  
  I would say to guess that anytime a person raised a Regiment of Men to Fight in the War that the Regiment Voted on who shall Lead
  the Regiment or if not enough Volunteers then merged into another short Formation.
