there is still great LEO patrolling
we were visiting my SIL her husband told me on the way to work a couple weeks back he had a flat ( just a real low tire )
state trooper pulled in and took the tire off while my BIL was jacking up the car
the trooper tossed the tire in the back seat of his cruiser and took it and my BIL to a local station , even gave him the change to use the air machine ( said it came from his back seat hauling drunks )
took him back put it back on ran on the lug nuts but had my BIL tighten up the lug nuts explained the liability possibilities.
just goes to show still a lot of great LEO out there [^][^]

Now that is a helpful cop.
Our local sheriff would always help out a motorist with a flat if they met three conditions: Female,
Young
