Identifying simple tesching (teaching) bolt action rimfire rifles - specifically light 4mm zimmerstutzen (parlour rifles) offered under the anschutz banner - listed in their catalogs from the 1930's can be exceedingly difficult.
Cataloging is still hindered by a lack of reliable information - as many of the guns simply marked JGA (Julius Gottfried Anschutz) were not manufactured by the firm - but stamped and sold under their auspices.
In addition the cursive nomenclature scrip / banner change that became popular in the mid 1930's is often erroneously identified as IGA.
Anschutz and Zella-Mehlis manufactured the majority of these rifles but a multitude of other firms made parts up to and including finished rifles - what we think of as store brand or private label guns.
The most often encountered and still extant variant is the model 1380-5 primer propelled cartridge model.

What's the bbl length - over all length - weight - rifling variant (grooves and rotational direction)???

Along those lines numrich or Jack first or brownells or the GunBroker auction side will have trigger guards that will be close - can be made to fit - universal or close to size examples new or used that would do in a pinch...
Done right it might escape notice when looked at by most - as I do t think the originals were marked or proofed...

Otto J. B?scher (large dealer based in Berlin) sold several thousand of these (4mm and .22 also) with five different markings, all made and marked for them by J.G. Ansch?tz. The Ansch?tz company also sold them directly to retailers, without B?scher's name, but otherwise the same guns. Max Ansch?tz estimated that his firm produced about 30,000 total of ALL trainer models they made, which includes their production of about 4,000 DSMs.
I found this reference while investigating and seems to have a different angle then what I posted above - but perhaps combined together they provide a better picture...
I assume your bbl is only partially rifles with the lands and grooves extending 10-12 inches - the remaining interior being smooth or blank
Is there a crest on the top of the receiver???

Question in the trigger guard is it like the photo above or does it also have a hole for the safety. If so it is a Model 275.
While looking I did not see any like the above one. And of course the other one is out of stock.

Holy manure batman! I didn't realize there was this much info on these rifles. LOL I posted it for sale this morning on GB. They are pretty neat. I just decided I didn't want to tackle another project. Every time I find an orphaned, abused or neglected gun, I feel like the Mother Theresa of guns and end up spending twice the value repairing, refinishing and restoring. My last project was a Remington 581 Single shot. after $200 in parts from Outback, I had me a nice $125 rifle.
Hopefully, one of you knowledgeable fellows will buy it and give it a nice home filled with lederhosen and schnitzel to make it feel like its back in the Fatherland.
