Bacon vs Bacon

We now have Pork Shoulder Bacon at work. I had about 10 pieces at work Friday just couldn't stop eating it. IMHO I think it beats regular bacon hands down, but what the hell do I know.

  Cottage bacon comes from pork shoulder...
  
  And of course, regular bacon comes from the belly
