Manchin, D-W.Va intends to vote for Kavanaugh
Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va on Friday said they intend to vote in favor of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation -- two crucial votes that appear to secure Kavanaugh's confirmation to the nation's highest court.

Manchin, who happens to be my senator, did not announce until Kavanaugh had the needed votes. I would have liked to known how he would have cast his vote if he had been the deciding vote. 0 -

Manchin was ahead in the polls but had slipped a few points yesterday. Now that Kavanaugh looks like he'll be voted in, there might be more Dems who vote in favor.
The Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill (d) should vote for Kavanaugh. She might lose her election if she votes against and she'd always wonder, did I lose because I didn't vote to Kavanaugh??? [8][8][8]

Durbin is already on record saying democrats should sacrifice their political careers to stop a Trump nominee. Of course eh says that while his seat isn't threatened. Manchin waited until Collins declared her support for Kavanaugh, so he's a total puss. He knows Morrissey would bludgeon him for the next month if he voted NO.0 -

She and Heitekamp already announced they'll vote no. Each is behind in the state polls. Too bad for Heitekamp because she's always been good on guns.0 -
